Knitter's Pride-Aluminum Cable Needles 2/Pkg

I had about a dozen cable holders but none small enough for sock knitting with a US size 1 needle. The smallest in this pack works with size 1, would probably do for smaller needle but could be a stretch. Could be a little smoother but works OK.

These are my favorite cable needles. The plastic boye set I have has these ridges in the center that are the worst. These have a matte finish that helps grip the stitches but still allows them to easily slide off then you are ready.

Knitter's Pride KP800133 Aluminum Cable Needles (2 Pack)  - These aluminum cable needles are a high quality product. I have used them for many years. I just wish someone would come up with a cable needle that doesn't get lost so often!!

They work for cabling. I did bend mine into more of a triagle shape. It made it easier to work with it because the ends weren't getting in my way.

I can't even use these because the dip that should hold the cable is too shallow and small to be of any use.

Hard to keep the stitches on it.

I love Knitter’s Pride. These cable needles are excellent for cable stitches. I have tried other cable stitch holders, however these are the best & easiest to use.

Perfect for knitting

As expected. These are aluminium, so they are lightweight, and seem to have less strength compared to stainless steel.

Sturdy cable needles for knitting, only complaint is the indented parts of both sets of needles I bought have a couple small spots that look like they weren't painted or the paint/coating wore off in the packaging. If that doesn't bother you they're great needles for the price!

Was exactly what I was looking for. No complaints.

Well made and a nice addition to a newbie knitters collection.
