B vitamins are good for nerve health. I needed at least 50mg of all the B’s. I liked that I could get 100mg in a large bottle for a good price. I’ve used this brand before and my local wellness center uses it also.I was recommended this product for nerve repair after getting Bell’s Palsy this winter.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:You will never go wrong buying a NOW product. I don't know if it is a family owned business, but that might have something to do with it. I talk to nutritionists in health food stores, and they tell me NOW doesn't use fillers like other vitamin companies.

Not a lot I can say about how essential this is in my daily regimen (it IS) but compared to my youth when it took a doctor’s visit to get this injected into my arm it is painless and effective.
