Work great! Made of metal, so they are more resistant than plastic. Bonus that these are very small quantities that are hard to find.

Great little measure spoons for cheesemaking so you don't have to guess between a pinch and a smidge.

Good that you’re only measuring tiny amounts. This four (4) piece set (Nip, Smidgen, Pinch, Dash) is stamped from metal (appears to be stainless but does attract a magnet) that my dial calipers measured at 0.0375 (1/32) inch thickness. Finish is somewhat roughly done with tool marks visible in the photo, with noticeable bend in the handles of at least two (2) of the measures. The set keeper connecting ring is also very thin and allows individual measures to be easily removed. I’ve never cooked anything where such a small amount of an ingredient would make that big of a difference, but if you are concerned along that line, I suppose these represent a reasonable value. After ordering, I learned that If you need to measure a Tad or a Drop, you’re on your on – they’re not included in this set. I originally was going to gift them to my wife, but decided just to hide them in the kitchen utensil drawer instead of explaining why I didn’t ask for her opinion before I got them. I hope you find my photo and comments helpful in your consideration of this item.

It's honestly annoying when recipes say you need a pinch of an ingredient, because how exactly do you measure a pinch??? So when I saw this product, I didn't hesitate and it's a lifesaver. I'm not a cheesemaker (yet? lol) but it's useful for everyone honestly. Although I've never seen a recipe that calls for a 'nip' of something, I'm sure it'll be useful someday. The quality could be better, but I like that the handles and spoon are single connected pieces. If you struggle with measuring ingredients, especially with vague instructions, this is a must-buy.
