Does this come with the key hook or key ring ?

In the photo you can see it comes with a carabiner. Not a ring. It is strong enough to hold keys in the loop, but not many.

What type of batteries are used? Are they available on Amazon?

I think it is 2032 or similar battery.

How long does the light work when left on?

I’ve had them on for several minutes and they never dulled or went out
