This is the only liquid hyaluronic acid I've found on Amazon with the proper concentration for the daily recommended dose for eye health. 100mg per day is the adult daily dose. One tablespoon of this syrup has that. Check all the others (currently) and you'll find you have to take 2 to 4 times the amount of the others to get enough HA to get full therapeutic benefit. The clear, bright vision it's given me has absolutely amazed me. I noticed a difference after just 5 days. It only got better. The best way I can describe it is like looking through a clean polished window that was hazy and smudgy. I had cataract surgery 5 years ago, and I thought that was miraculous, but wow! I still have some floaters, but there's so much more light coming through my eyes, I can see like I'm 30 years old again. I really don't like the flavor of this syrup! It's like cherry cotton candy-flavored thick syrup. Waaaay too sweet. But, its the most concentrated and economical of all the brands, so I tolerate it. I gave 3 stars for pain relief because it isn't going to help joint pain caused by systemic inflammation, like mine. I gave 3 stars for the flavor, because it's yucky but not gross. But, I can't give it enough stars for promoting healthy vision. 20 stars for that!

I'm in my early forties and am starting to have increased joint pain and discomfort. I've been using glucosamine chondroitin and MSM which help, but I needed more relief. Additionally, since I'm doing everything I can to fight the signs of aging, I decided to try this product as hyaluronic acid is an essential component of youthful skin, holding 1000x its weight in water, among other wonderful qualities it possesses. It is better absorbed in liquid form, though I'm sure tablet forms would also be effective.The first thing I noticed was that my knee, lower back, and hand pain was significantly decreased. Secondly, I had hyaluronic acid filler and botox injections over eight months ago. Normally these should have been absorbed and worn off by now, but I believe this liquid has actually retained the injectable material. My face is as full, plump and wrinkle-free as when I first had work done. I will ALWAYS have an ample supply of this product and will continue to use it religiously (I ran out and while awaiting my order, and could definitely notice a difference while not taking it). The results are too great not to.By the way, the taste is great, which makes it that much easier to take.

I think this is a really great product. I'm a big guy and have very bad arthritis of the anterior medial section of both knees. Torn Meniscus, damage to the articulate cartilage from years of running, aikido, weight lifting, etc. The pain was getting so bad I was considering partial knee replacement, I have tried a few other of the Hyaluronic Acid supplements and they either did not help or had other side effects. But this stuff seems to work great. I take a spoonful twice a day, once with breakfast and once with dinner and my knees are so much better now. It does take a while for it to start, for me about three months before I noticed the difference, but my knees are really bad. And again I'm not saying this is a miracle cure or anything like that, but for the most part I can walk and do the elliptical and have no real problems now. I doubt any difference will show on an xray, but the pain is so much less now it's been worth the $20.00 a month. I am not getting any compensation from NOW. I just want more people ti know this could help.

I cannot swallow large pills, so this liquid supplement has been wonderful for me. I am taking Now Liquid Hyaluronic Acid along with the brand Wellness Joint Movement Glucosamine with Chondroitin & MSM. The Wellness comes with a cup/cap so I combine these two liquid supplements in the cap and down them like a shot. The improvement they have made in the crick in my hip is truly wondrous. In the time it has taken to use up one 16-ounce-bottle of this Now product, I've gone from being almost paralyzed at times with pain to not even having a slight ache. I read that hyaluronic acid and glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM are best when used together. I've never tried them separately, but I can vouch for their effectiveness when teamed up. The hyaluronic acid actually improves the cough-syrup flavor of the glucosamine product. The Now Hyaluronic Acid tastes like blueberry pancake syrup. It is very sweet and syrupy thick, but doesn't have a strong after-taste. I highly recommend it for effectiveness when used together with a glucosamine combination. Now makes a liquid glucosamine combo which I am going to purchase with my next order of Now Hyaluronic Acid to see if I like the flavor better than the other brand.

I started feeling improvement in the knees like a week after taking this supplement..I think its a very good product..had to discontinue taking it because I developed a severe allergic reaction to something I was taking so my Dr had me discontinue all meds ...not saying this might have caused it ...and I feel the difference since I have stopped taking this ..knees are stiff again ...
