A Book That Loves You: An Adventure in Self-Compassion (Flow)

This is a great book full of helpful tips and information. It's also very interactive which is the best way I retain information. This is the second Flow book I have bought.

I have all of Flow's books and I used to get the magazine regularly before the pandemic started and Flow was no longer available in the U.S. This book is as beautiful and gorgeous as all of Flow's books. The photos and illustrations are gorgeous and there are plenty of prompts throughout the book for journaling and brainstorming. My favorite parts are the extra paper goodies that come with this book. Any paper lover will enjoy this book as well as all of the books from Flow. I am never disappointed with any of their books.This is wonderful and will put a smile on your face and a song in your heart.

I love this book because the only does it have very Vivid restoration pleasures to help with hearing anxiety with your self-care companion is uplifting and always available a book that loves you. It also has Bound in postcards bookmarks a sketchbooks sticker puzzles DIY paper flower fold-out banner and other delightful prizes they're designed to slow you down celebrate your flaws on the good stuff and embrace the joy of self-acceptance
