Does this item come in a non-descript package—I don’t want anyone’s knowing what is being received in mail?

My delivery was in the usual small Amazon Smile box and looked like all of my usual deliveries.

Does it stay on for a while?

The product lasted at least 2 days enabling the police to apprehend the burglar

Can this be mixed with vaseline or another material to make it sticky, eg for use on a sign or mailbox?

I don't know but it does work very well. A little bit goes a long way.

How can you remove the dye after you caught someone?

The dye is impervious to hydrocarbon or polar based solvents. The advantage of the dye is that it stays where you put it and does not come off. In time it will wear off of the skin. Don't expect it to come off of surfaces, clothes or other items. This dye is extremely strong, use only with discretion.
