Awesome, use it in my job to help in case I need a refresher. Love to have something easy to look at and reference if need be.

This arrived with two corners completely bent almost broken off. Nice item but it needs to ship in a DO NOT BEND OR FOLD cardboard mailer.

This chart isn't laminated; therefore, there are creases and whatnot to the chart. Not sure if I'm keeping it. However, very good info on it

great product easy to read and everything at your fingertips would highly recommend it to any nursing professional as a quick reference

These came in a box and were bent. It seems like they are used which is frustrating.
