How do I wire in a separate push button? I can’t find information anywhere thanks.

If you're looking to bypass the existing horn & use it on push button only, this is what to do: Get rid of all the electric components. Wire through a fuse from positive + of battery to button +. Wire from - button to + of compressor of horn. Wire from - of compressor to negative - of battery or frame.

Could i install this under the hood of my truck or would it have to be put on the exterior?

Yes. I have a Nissan Hardbody and I have my under the hood. Just face the horn towards the front and your good.

This is a weaponised horn lol . I had one on my truck before and this slightly smaller version fitted my Q5. Car horns these days are like toy horns , totally useless. I would caution you be thoughtful about its use because it will give people a fright .
