Nordic Ware Autumn Cakelet Pan, 3-Cup, Bronze

Great quality, beautiful but way too big for what I need it for. Bummer.

I love Nordic Bundtware.Best pans EVER.Excellent recipes included.Excellent craftsmanship.No sticking or residue EVER. I use Bakers Joy cuz it’s easy……but, actually every greasing product I’ve tried works very well.This pan is particularly nice.I make pumpkin bread in it - chock full of raisins and nuts.These little cakes draw giggles of delight from my guests as they recognize the cute shapes.The size is just right - a bit bigger than a cookie and a tad smaller than a cupcake. Folks feel comfortable indulging in more than one and are delighted as they do so. Also, the recipes bake quicker than a full size cake - of course - and you could use pretty much any cake recipe in them that you want.I’d suggest - just go for it - these cakelette pans are FUN!!

I was so excited when I received this pan. It's pretty as can be, and it feels quite sturdy. It's heavy weight, and it is typical of other Nordic ware baking pans. I used the recipe included with the pan, and the results were wonderful. I used Baker's Joy to spray the pan, and the little cakes slid right out after baking. The pan cleans up nicely and easily. A pan that will last to pass down to the next generation with minimal care.

The media could not be loaded. I loved the little acorns, leaves, pumpkins, and turkeys! They turned out very nicely and the bread came out easily and did not stick at all. They’re so adorable!!

I am in love with this pan! It is so easy to clean, so easy to use, and the shapes are precious. Sometimes the shapes don't translate with some pans, but you can clearly see that these are pumpkins, acorns, and turkeys. I cannot recommend this enough - I have used it so much, it is still nonstick, and have gotten so many compliments and questions about it. A great seasonal kitchen item to have!!

Love their cookware. Must use some spray won’t release without it. Cleans up great. Don’t soak. Just spray it with the sink sprayer and dry right away. Will last longer that way.

I made rainbow jelly cake for a Christmas party, there were left over jelly and I put into this mould and everyone liked these cute looking jelly very much.

waren die Formen, die ich in der letzten Zeit entdeckt habe. Heute ist diese Form gekommen , und dann zuckt es gleich in den Fingern. Genau wie die große Herbstform backt die Form sehr gut, nach gutem einfetten hüpfen sie nur so aus der Form. Wunderschön, ich bin sehr begeistert.. :) Vielen Dank.

もっぱらジンジャーブレッドの型に使っています。型にバターを塗るのが少し手間ですが、型から外すのはとてもスムーズです。アルミ製なので、スチール製のように、錆びないのも手入れが助かります。

Cant beat Nordic ware for the best results when baking. I got some similar pans in Williams Sonoma in NY and was delighted i could get more from amazon. The detail comes out perfectly on your cakes and the pans are really heavy and good quality. Spend the extra for Nordicware and they will last a lifetime, you will be passing them on to your kids in years to come.
