Does not have lights. Easy to install lights. Buy them at your local RC hobby shop and let them show you how to run the power wire from the ESC.

The powerhobby pro lipos dont connect?

Also not sure if the Spektrum charger would be compatiable with the ec5 batteries do to the fact that the balance cable is wired into the IC5 plugs.
