Strap broke First Week. How you order a new strap?

We have improved the material and modified the design of the cup holders to prevent the straps from breaking so quickly. We can send a free replacement cup holder and refund your order. Please contact us through Seller Feedback so we can get your order ID and refund it.

Hello, the top portion of the holder (ring) came off. How do I put it back on?

Thank you for your question! Please see the video for an explanation of how to attach the top ring back on to the cup holder. Hope this helps!

can you identify which measurements you are referring to ie...which is Ht, which is width, etc?

The height is just over 6" tall and the width is about 3.5" but the top ring can expand to hold larger mugs and cups. There are two settings for the height, the taller setting is about 5.5" from the bottom ring to the top ring and the lower setting is about 3.5" from the bottom ring to the upper ring.

will this hold a coffee mug that has a handle?

Great question! Yes it does. The handle just needs to be turned outward through the small opening in the top ring. The 4th picture in the Amazon listing shows a coffee mug in the cup holder.

C’est parfait comme dispositif

C’est parfait, ça s’installe très facilement, et lorsque je veux le ranger, il se replie sur lui-même pour prendre le moins de place possible dans mes bagages. Bravo
