This did a nice job improving a cracked and torn leather seat in a car we were selling. The process takes time, patience is required and matching the color is the most difficult part.This is at least a 2 part process. The first step is a filler. I put double stick super adhesive tape between each side of a tear to serve as the base for the filler. Next, is the filler. You cover it with a texturized cover matching the texture to the grain of the leather you are repairing. This did not work all that well as it didn’t seem to have much of a texture to transfer to the filler. I ended up putting 2 layers of filler in. The color mixing is the more challenging part. I was matching a gray color. I got a decent match but it dried a bit darker than when wet.I used this for both a larger tear and some cracks. Because I repaired this when it was cold, it took awhile to dry. Have patience. This definitely was worth the effort and improved the look of the seat.

Works well as a temporary patch the appearance does not match it gets tacky when it's hot. It was pretty easy to use though.

Did not work well. I followed the directions exactly. I have had to use other kits before for other vehicles including my current one and this one did not cover the small crack well. I could tell as I was applying that it wasn't going to dry well. When I came back to check on it, it was already cracked and looked caked. It was messy and the color did not match.

Honestly a life saver in my car

I could’ve done just a good job as just putting a clear shoe repair glue on it smoothing it down. The imprinting does not work very well. You can see a spot where it was redone. Completely. Still see the lines of the cracks, but it is smooth and not pinching my arm, so that’s a plusSo bottom line aesthetically if you don’t care if it’s a big circle and not imprinted like your vinyl then that’s a great deal
