Amazing as always
Repeat purchase of a great product. The hot variety is fairly hot. It’s hard to describe as every one’s taste is subjective. Think of a hot store-bought Salsa in a popular brand. Personally I sometimes add a bit of extra hot chili oil but my husband loves it as is.It is easy to prepare with precise instructions on the box. I recommend a scale to weigh ingredients but it isn’t necessary, just easier. The sauce comes out nice and thick and smooth, almost creamy. So far I’ve prepared it with chicken, pork, beef, shrimp and extra firm tofu as the protein and served it with either brown or white rice or naan. It was delicious every time.

Easy cooking
Potato, onion, carrot and meat. If you begin to learn how to cook and want a good result this is a good starting point. To me it's better than instant noodles.

This stuff works miracles.
With one pot and a rice cooker, you've got the ultimate weeknight meal that makes leftovers for days. And better yet, it works with whatever you've got on hand. Throw Carrots, Onions, and Potatoes in for the classic, but any root veggie you have is fine. Out of potatoes? Just skip them this time. Virtually every meat works in here. Pork, chicken, beef, even leftovers. Got some lightly sauced pulled pork, but no sandwich rolls? Throw it in the curry. The roux is strong enough that it won't clash with the bbq sauce. Sliced up some roast beef for sandwiches, but tired of them? Toss the rest in the curry. Leftover steak? Curry. Don't throw out that rotisserie chicken carcass. Strip it of all remaining meat and toss it in the curry. For bonus points, make some broth from the bones and sub some of the water for it. Brilliant for family meals or bachelor life.

One of the BEST curries of Japan!
S&B curry will always be my favorite purchase. And, of course if you love spicy, then even HOT will not be enough but it does give you the flavor you desire! Was a great share with my family who enjoyed it for the first time as I'm introducing them to my favorite Japanese foods!
