Gorgeous sofa
Omg this sofa is truly elegant and beautiful it looks awesome in my living room the service guy's that delivered it was professional and careful they did a great job. 👍

Don’t be afraid to buy
I was nervous about buying this online because of all the things that could go wrong. So I paid for the additional warranty and paid the extra to have it unboxed and assembled in my room. There was no damage or any problems. This is a big piece of furniture, so if you have the option of getting it unboxed and assembled, it is worth it. This also gave me the option of having it returned if there had been any damage. It was worth the peace of mind.I love the sofa and the materials it was made with. The seating is firm and the back pillows can be moved around until you find what you like. I removed one of the big pillows and placed it another leather chair I have in the same room to achieve the look I wanted.The seat cushions are very firm but soften after a couple months. If you like a sofa that you will sink into, this is not the one for you. I’m just shy of 5’7” and it’s a comfortable height for me. I don’t feel like I’m going to fall on the floor when I go to sit down or need someone to pull me up from the sofa after sitting (I’m sure some of you know the feeling).If you want something different than a cookie cutter tie aids that everyone else has, this might be the sofa for you. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Manufacturing defect
Could not see any damage to the outside box. So I know that it's not Amazon's fault. But, the wood framing from the left arm rest to the front lower board just under leather portion is misaligned on the left side compared to the right side.

Didn't last
This sofa looks nice and is comfortable but it didn't even last a year before the cushion tore. Not very good quality. And amazon nor roundhill were very helpful with fixing the problem.

I really like this furniture it heavy i wish they had the chaise but I vant find it anywhere, not the one that matches anywayUpdate: i purchased the chaise on Amazon it all goes together perfectly very pleased with my purchase
