Q: Can I use this product on a Thermador built in coffee machine?

I use them on my built in Thermador, and it seems to work fine. Used all 8 tablets, and so far so good. I also use the Urnex Dezcal for descaling, when the machine calls for it. Also seems to work in that using both pills, when the machine calls for it, keeps the machine working well. Avoided any malfunction at all.

Q: Can this be used to soak frothing wand (to remove small amount of heavily baked on milk)?

You should use Rinza to remove frothing wand. I would recommend Rinza for the best experience

Q: Cleaning instructions for my bosch machine indicate i put the tablet in the coffee drawer. do i empty the drawer of the coffee beans in it?

My Bosch has a small door next to the coffee beans container. That small door is designed for ground coffee use. That is where my Bosch instructions tell me to drop the cleaning tablet. I do it as soon as the cleaning light comes on. I have had my Bosch automatic espresso/coffee machine for 11 years. Descaling and cleaning as soon as the lights appear makes all the difference in having a machine that lasts.

Q: Does this work on cloth filters?

Dear Customer, Place one Espresso Machine Cleaning Tablet in a cup and fill it with hot water. Remove the coffee dispensing unit and clean the filters and the dispensing channel with the prepared cleaning solution. Let the solution take effect for at least five minutes and repeat this operation a minimum of three times. Rinse the coffee dispensing unit abundantly with clean water and install it again. To clean the drip tray, place an Espresso Machine Cleaning Tablet inside and fill it up to 2/3 full with hot water. Let the cleaning solution take effect for about 30 minutes and rinse abundantly.

Put this in an old coffee urn that was badly stained. Added hot water and dropped in one tablet and let it sit for 30-45 minutes. All stains removed! Can't ask for more!
