My lid and straw combination only works about 60% of the time. I'm only getting air even when the bottle is full. Anyone else have this issue?

Same issue, but i get air 100% of the time. There is no seal at all. I returned mine.

Has anyone else experienced a weird sucking or slurping noise when using this?

Yes we ordered a two pack and one of them makes a horrible, slurping noise. It is the most annoying thing ever. Are you switch the straw out and it is not the straw it must be the air intake valve on my lid.

does this fit the old style wide mouth hydroflask 32 and 40 oz?

Hello, Miguel from Tall Ridge here! Yes, this is designed to fit both the newer versions as well as the older generations of wide-mouth bottles. I hope you find this helpful.
