THE NORTH FACE Women's Apex Nimble Jacket

This jacket is beautiful and great quality, but it is so paper thin I would have only been able to wear it on some kind of chilly summer nights, so I returned it. It’s not the slightly thicker soft shell jackets that you can wear in the 40-50 degree weather.

I purchased this jacket from the Northface website. I am a nurse and qualified for the 50% off they gave us for the covid pandemic. Although it is a nice jacket, it is super thin. It is no more heavier than a scrub jacket. I guess I was expecting something a little heavier than a windbreaker, hence the 3 stars. Had the black been available, I could have worn it to work as part of my uniform. I was goinf to order the black one and pay full price but after getting the white one, I'll pass. I paid $48 for it with shipping and to be honest, I could have purchased a scrub jacket for less for what I got with this jacket. I could wear a Hoodia and probably be warmer than with this. It came with a prepaid return label and I haven't decided if I want to go through the hassel of returning it. I bought a medium, which is what I normally wear in Northface, and it fit perfect.
