It has caffeine. Usually not found in cream soda. In fact, this was the only one I could find that does.Perfect when you spend a week sipping one just before a nap that never happens. I was lucky to have caught that they decided to put that where it normally isn't. Not a good surprise.

Unfortunately, mine did come with a couple cans with the top very dented and thus didn't have as much carbonation. They did also take a solid week to arrive but the price was better than I've seen in stores so I can't complain. Although I think this is a very solid flavor, I would disagree with the reviews saying you can't tell there isn't sugar in this drink. It definitely has a bit of a diet taste, but for zero calories, I cannot complain and would drink them again.

This is the second time my delivery had a very damaged box, 4 busted cans and the exterior box was wet and I wasn't able to pick it up without falling apart. When I did yry to pick it up, cans from the broken boxes on the inside rolled off of my porch into the grass and dirt. I'm not happy to be paying for a partial order and dmages.
