This little container is an excellent investment for anyone needing fresh herbs regularly. My bunny, an herb connoisseur, greatly appreciates fresh greens daily. Before I got this product, my herbs were wilted within a day or two of purchasing them. Now, I can keep them fresh for days, saving me money instead of buying products every other day. love having this it helps so much with my greens not going back so quickly. only con is that the structure is kinda weird its not sturdy and feels like its going to break when you try to take it apart.

Was tired of buying cilantro (aka green coriander) and having to waste so much that was not used before spoiling. This one was recommended by the folks who test for either America's Test Kitchen or Cooks Illustrated. Has excellent features: You flip open the lid and can slide down the upper part to easily access the herbs. There is a clear window to see water level. And, there are dividers if you store multiple herbs.

Extend the life of fresh herbs! So happy I got this! I can definitely tell a different in the freshness of my herbs. Very sturdy. Easy to open. 3 dividers! Fits in the frig door very nicely!

I got this for my herbs b/c I was tired of doing things the old fashion way; ie wrapping them in paper towels or putting them in a jar of water. I’ve only had my cilantro, mint and And parsley in the container for a little over a week and I’m delighted with the results. They are as fresh as the day I bought them. Cons: riser is a bit hard to raise up and down allowing water changes to happen. Water changes are a bit tricky as there is no lip for pouring but it’s worth it. Be sure to check your herbs at least every two days as the water does dry up. Great stuff. I’m going to try it out on my asparagus.

This herb keeper is well made with dividers to separate various herbs. I have found that it will keep parsley, cilantro and similar greens fresh for two weeks or more. It is important to make sure water is maintained at the proper level. A nice little addition to keep from wasting herbs.

I had been looking for something to put my fresh herbs in because I was tired of putting them in glasses on the counter with a plastic bag over them- it was not very aesthetic! I found this herb saver and it really was a lifesaver! You can fit quite a few herbs in it and you just fill it with water and close the lid! It's perfect for the job! It has kept my basil and mint fresh for weeks at a time!

On the one hand, couldn't a dollar store mason jar perform the exact same function?On the other hand, I am notoriously bad at using fresh herbs before they wilt (or worse), and the little improvements that this thing has over a jar *really* helps keep things fresh and tidy.I bought tons of parsley for chimichurri, and when I finally got around to using it three weeks later, it looked better than when it arrived. It was almost a shame to be making the beautiful leaves into a paste! Sage and basil also thrived. The small compartments are very handy.Fits perfectly in my refrigerator door too, which keeps me from forgetting about the herbs in the first place. Thumbs up.
