I purchased this book for my daughter who is in interior design and she has told me that it is an excellent resource for those who will be doing commercial design.

I rank this highly because it's up to date, provides good working world context for its topics, and shows useful examples throughout.

Practicing Occupational Space Management, we found this book full of detailed information. Somewhat key for any budding Space Planner or Architect Specialist in office dynamics.

If you've never thought about why you leave some space in front of a cupboard or filing cabinet (it's so people can stand in front of them apparently and get items out) then you'll be delighted with this book.Early days but my boss and I have found it to be an endless source of unintentional humour and as an exercise in misunderstanding your market it's a triumph. There may be something erudite and interesting in this weighty tome but finding it through tear-filled eyes could be a bridge too far for us.As an amateur photographer the uniformly grey, dispiriting pictures by Billy Bob Joe Crackerjack leave much to be desired but for the colour-blind they may be a revelation.
