Absolutely love these and as everyone else is saying, it works just like the Advil’s but you get way more for the price! I used to buy the Advil’s 2-pack but based on the comments here - went and bought this one. They’re amazing!My advise is to take 2 pills as soon as you feel the migraine coming and it’ll go away in 20min or so.I always keep some in a spare little bottle in my purse, actually I use the Advil’s migraine one because they’re quite small haha.Just ordered my second bottle, I’m very satisfied with these.

My girlfriend randomly has headaches sometimes, so I bought her these to help as regular tylenol/advil doesn't work great for them.These work great and relieve pain within a few minutes. Maybe it's placebo compared to normal Ibuprofen, but they seem to work way faster

Occasionally I get migraine headaches, and while I don’t usually take medicine, I cry uncle for migraines. The biggest key though is taking these pills at the first signs of an attack… if you wait the symptoms may get out of hand quickly.These capsules are made strictly of ibuprofen, which is a drug that works to counter migraines, other kinds of pain, inflammation, and fever by blocking an enzyme that makes inflammatory chemicals which signal pain. Suggested dosage is 2 softgels (2 pills at 200mg each) and just one dosage in a 24 hour period.I had a migraine last week and took two pills, so I was able to form a good opinion on this product.What I like about this product:- This a+health migraine relief product has exactly the same ingredients in “Advil Migraine” over the counter medicine.- Although approximately 3/4 of an inch long, the pills were easy to swallow and digest.- These are way cheaper than name brand Advil.- This product is made in the USA.What I don’t like as much:- This product doesn’t contain aspirin or caffeine, which my store-brand migraine medicine has. So taking two of these pills didn’t really work personally for me and my migraine. I have since tried them for just more general aches and pains and they work well for that.If using this product alone for migraines, take two as soon as you can along with a big glass of water to hydrate yourself, use heating/cooing, lie down in a room with dim lights and try to take pressure off of your head if you can.These don’t work for me personally for migraines but everyone is different. My family will use them for regular non-migraine aches though.

This has been great for knocking out minor migraines and giving my rescue prescription a leg-up on major ones. Highly recommend!

This work great and faster than normal solid tablet because they are liquid and absorb faster. My whole has changed to these. Only draw back, the cost. They are more costly than the standard solid tablets. But worth it. This brand is great and works just as well as the name brands.

i was nervous about buying a generic version but it works just like Advil Migraine and is the same price as buying Advil’s 20ct when you get 160 in this!! I suffer with migraines and Advil is the only kind that works for me so I 100% recommend this brand!
