Can this be worn under a shirt and not be seen?

It fits around your neck like a swimsuit top that goes behind your neck. So if your shirt has a wider neck then no. It will be seen.

Can you wear it for 7 hours?

Yes, you can wear it for 7 hours or more but we recommend starting small and then daily increase wearing it by an increment of 30 minutes. And don't wear it while sleeping.

How long do we need to wear it? so if my posture gets normal , do i need to continue wear it or not?
