2900 pcs SMD 1206 0805 0603 Component Assortment, Resistor, Capacitor, Diode, Transistor, OpAmp, IC, Solder, PCB, SMT Soldering Assorted Kit

I mainly do PCB / SMD repairs as a hobby - this kit has more (most?) frequently had the exact part i need as compared to the other 2x ~$70 kits ive bought from amazon. (i have 3x component kits in total) (it doesnt *always* have the exact part i need though, but that is to be expected). Also in all fairness, the other 2x kits are more "generic electronics" 2000+/3000+ pcs part kits as compared to this one which is specifically SMD / PCB type parts (more what i need). I do test each part before installing (as you must do with any of these chineese kits). I have not had an issue yet. (i have had issues with my own measurements not matching the label on some of the smaller , low priced kits on amazon, ie the 100-300 pcs Diode / cap / vRegs kits) - so always check before soldering in X part. Bottom line, is i do suggest buying this kit! its VERY nicely organized, and has common parts (ive mainly used the SMD Caps and diodes) NB: although i paid ~ $50 or $55 for this kit and i now see its up to $70). 70$ is about the max i would pay for this type of kit btw.

Exactly as described, timely shipping , good pricing, recommend for DIY repairing of SMD parts This was a good purchase on my part, and I appreciate the Manufacturer for keeping this product reasonable in pricing with the world going nuts with prices.

Have really been enjoying this kit. The parts included cover alot of what you will need for repairs and SMD tinkering. Recommend highly.

I spend a fair amount of time repairing (mostly Chinese made) electronic equipment and this kit includes the vast majority of things I typically need. I just fixed some nice, relatively expensive solar deck lights (which failed from water intrusion) using this kit. The selection is smart and thorough and the price is reasonable (I'd rather have 10 of eight varieties of values than 80 of one value--with such a variety on hand, I won't likely be needing something I don't have, which saves me time). It's nice that the kit includes pin-point tweezers, a pin-point soldering tip and fine solder (although, unfortunately, the soldering tip is not compatible with my Weller temp-controlled soldering iron). The potentiometers are through-hole, though still useful. I will not likely ever need the PCB adapters or the "practice" board, but I don't mind having them. My next project is to swap out SMD LEDs on multiple wireless thermostats I have. The manufacturer was probably trying to impress people by using all blue LEDs, but I want the "Heat" LED to be red, the "Cool" LED to be blue, the "Power" LED to be green and the "Wireless Link" LED to be white, so I can tell what's going on at a glance. This kit makes OCD fun! While it's not badly organized, if you want to save yourself a lot of time, you'll want to separate values out by range--all of the 1206 resistors are in one bag, as are the 0805 resistors and 0603 resistors. The same is true for the capacitors. I recommend you get a bunch of small zip-lock bags and sort the resistors and capacitors by decade.

¡Hola! Yo estoy empezando con componentes SMD y debo decir que este es el verdadero Kit. Tiene una placa PCB de práctica, además, cuando se termine de soldar las resistencias, los capacitores, y los diodos se pueden medir con el Multimetro para saber si usted los soldo bien. Los componentes son buenos y útiles para los que estamos empezando con el diseño PBC. Hello! I am beginning with the SMD components and must say that this is the real kit. It has the practice PCB board, besides, when you finish to solder the resistance, capacitors and diodes you could measure the total value with a Multimeters in order to know if you did a good job. The components are good and useful for those of us which are starting with the PCB Design.

Well organized with the components well labeled. Everything to get going on surface mount project.

Lots of spare parts at a great price

My biggest issue is labelling. Many parts are marked with handwritten numbers, and that handwriting is very cryptic. For some of those diodes you will never find their part number if you can’t read a handwritten code. I had to Google smd capacitor codes to find out the value since printed on a box values did not have the code next to them.

Das Set ist sehr umfangreich und als Basisset sehr zu empfehlen. Was ich etwas hervorheben möchte und super finde ist die Art der Beschriftung! Ich musste etwas schmunzeln, aber sogar bei den LEDs sind kleine Farbaufkleber drauf, um die Farbe der LED anzuzeigen. Die Beschriftung aller Teile ist klasse, ich habe beispielhaft ein paar Bilder gemacht um die verschiedenen Beschriftungsarten zu zeigen. Das Set ist tatsächlich komplett und beinhaltet auch das, was drauf steht! Jaaaa ich habe die 2900 Teile unter dem Mikroskop gezählt und auch geschaut ob drin ist, was drauf steht. (alte Angewohnheit) 😂 Es fehlte nichts und wenn doch mal etwas nicht stimmt, dann reagiert der Verkäufer äußerst schnell und zuverlässig. Dann wünsche ich fröhliches und erfolgreiches löten 😁👍 Absolute Kaufempfehlung, ist das Geld definitiv wert.

Ich habe mir das gekauft um eine Grundausstattung an SMD Bauteilen zu haben wenn ich mal etwas reparieren will. War bis jetzt auch schon öfters sehr praktisch. Finde nur Schade das bei den Transistoren keine Kennwerte mit angegeben sind und man die Teilnummer erst Googlen muss, ist bei den normalen Sets des Verkäufers besser, da dort Kennwerte mit angegeben werden.
