The taste is great. The smell of a Spanish meson which I never forget. The price is per quality and quantity is exceptional.

It makes other foods taste better.

These "chorizos" have an excellent rich flavor however they are hard, best for bean soups and omelets. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

These chorizo are what I used to buy when I lived in Florida. They are delicious! For a charcuterie board, or a Spanish-style pizza, or just slicing and eating as a snack, they can't be beat!

I first discovered this brand of chorizo thanks to Everyplate. It isn't my absolute favorite chorizo, but it is definitely my favorite chorizo that I can buy outside of a restaurant and make at home. Typically I use one link per serving and it is hard to argue with that value at the time that I purchased. If the price per link is value at the time of your purchase I would recommend it as far as flavor.
