Awesome and strong! However....
... However, don't make the mistake I made and let them stick together! I was looking for this type of strength neodymium magnets. They came with a spacer. They stuck together by accident and I haven't been able to get them apart since. I've tried ever know method to separate them with no luck. But, that attests to their awesome strength!

Great Magnetism - Don't Know the Gauss, but well over 10,000 gauss each Magnet.
My background:I have severe Osteoarthritis in both knees. MRIs have revealed some bone on bone, grinding, bone splinters, and bone spurs in both knees. An Orthapedic surgeon thought I might have a torn meniscus in my right knee and wanted to do exploratory surgery last year, 2016, to determine exactly what was causing all the pain, inflammation, and loss in range of motion.I had a torn meniscus in 2006 and went through repair surgery, which included cleaning out the joint and reshaping areas. It was over 6 months before I could walk without a cane, and ten years later, I can finally say the scar tissue doesn't hurt anymore.Rather than have an exploratory surgery that would involved scraping the knee joint to clean off Arthritis webs and reshaping areas of my knee, I opted for knee gel injections of hyaluronic acid instead. In the past 2 years, I've been through 3 prescribed physical therapy bouts, ranging from 3 to 6 months each, and have been referred back to my Orthapedic surgeon as each session failed to produce the required results. The hyaluronic acid did help a lot - about a 40% improvement - but has also left much room for more improvement. I still can't squat down and get back up and house work is impossible as everything requires you to stoop down, squat, or bend.I have used magnetic therapy for other pain in the past, but it has been at least 10 years since I last used it. It worked for me in the past, and I decided to try these magnets, one 1.5" size for each knee, to see if it would increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and maybe even heal some of the loss of cartilage and bone spurs, etc.Today's Review:Since I just got the magnets today, my review is based on the strength of the magnets, the company's customer service, shipping and delivery of the order. I will update this review regarding how they are actually helping my knees when I've had time to observe them in action.I found the company online prior to finding the magnets on Amazon. I liked they were gold plated which should reduce skin irritation as I have problems wearing earrings that are not gold, I thought the nickel content could cause some problems. The magnets are gold plated and clearly marked with and "N" for North, which the majority of articles and research states should be put facing your body. So, for those who want to always put the North side of the magnet against their body that is a plus.Prior to finding these same magnets on Amazon, I actually contacted the retailer wanting to know the gauss of the magnets and the distance and range of penetration of magnetism I could expect under the skin. I explained my knee issues and quickly got a standard response that they were not allowed to give medical advice. I didn't ask for medical advise. I asked about the magnetism of the magnets. I sent another email stating such and trying to clarify my question, and the retailer chose to ignore my second email. As of this minute, I still have no idea what the gauss of each of these 1.5" x 3/8" magnets are as the retailer obviously does not know or refuses to bother to get the information to me via the 2 emails I sent from my personal email account before finding them here. What I can tell you about the gauss, is that they are extremely strong magnets. I would say they are well about 10,000 gauss each. I've had 10,000 gauss magnets before and they were no where near as powerful as these magnets. I held them in my hands with North and South Poles far apart, then started bringing my hands together. I could feel the strength of the magnetism when my hands were about 6 to 8 inches apart, and the pull was strong, not just a slight, maybe that is what I am feeling, tingle. They arrived quickly after ordering Amazon, and were well wrapped in about 3 inches of bubble wrap. There were no dents or dings on either magnet, as I've read on other reviews on other magnets sold on this site.I just taped them on the front of each knee with medical/bandage tape about 30 minutes ago, and can feel some warmth, meaning the blood flow has increased already. I am planning on sleeping in them tonight to see how my knees feel when I wake up in the morning. I will try to update this review in a couple of weeks after I've had time to determine how well they are working for my pain and mobility.UPDATE:I taped a magnet to each knee and slept in them overnight, with North side facing skin. The following day, both knees were more sore and stiff than before trying the magnets. I also found the thickness to be uncomfortable, and because the magnets are so strong, they move with magnetic pull, when laying in bed curled up with knees together. I used an ace bandage to cover the taped magnets tp stop the magnet pull, and when I woke up the bandage must have been too tight because it took several hours for the imprint of the magnets digging into my skin to disappear. Not so impressed today for knee arthritis pain.I don't know how long I should be wearing the magnets before expecting to see results. One night may not be enough to expect to see results. Wouldn't expect my knees to feel worse before feeling better. I've ordered some knee sleeves, which I hope will hold the magnets in place, preventing magnetic pull, and allow better circulation. Will go from there.Update: 4/30/17:Strongly recommend getting only one magnet and not two. Mine are now stuck together and cannot be pulled apart. Yes, I've seen the videos where you break the magnetic field by pulling one down the side of a table top away from the other one. Mine would not budge. Glad I didn't pay a bundle for them. I'd be upset, and lucky I did not hurt myself when the two of them slammed together.

Wake up happier! Literally wear it on my forehead to reduce tension and stress. It's a little hard to wear so I put a headband over it. Would love to see a headband version someday. I also use magnetic jewelry from Superior Magnetics. The magnets don't have as strong of a gauss, but they cause a similar feeling of well-being.

Supper strong
These are super strong. I bought two of them and while my wife got them stuck together I was able to get them apart without breaking them. And now we dont use them at the same time anymore

We have used magnets for years. This is wonderful. My husband had hip surgery & is using the magnet to help in healing. We use tape to adhere it to the spot with the most pain.

Love this magnet
Very strong magnet not a toy. Really helps heal on negative and activate on positive like your pineal.
