Not worth the cost
If this were $20 it would be acceptable. It is cheap material, very thin, weak Velcro. I bought a small 4-6 for my 2 year old and it wasn’t overly big. I rolled the pants a few times but the top fit well.

Not good quality.
Although the small fit my grandson, the arms were sooooooo tight and short that I to rip the sleeve out and put more material in. The pants were to big around the waist - he's 7 years old - and had to fix the waist. The velcro to hold top in place needed to be replaced also. Plastic stuff that wouldn't hold a feather. I know it's a costume, but I should have just made it myself. I as trying to avoid making it but in fact made more work for myself. Just not very good quality.
