Classic, durable, inexpensive dish drainer by Rubbermaid
I used to own (2) of these in cream color for many years. I regret getting rid of them in place of the so called stainless dish racks that supposedly do not RUST. Over the years, I spent a total of 3 or 4 stainless dish racks and through time, they RUST no matter how much cash you spend. I became concern about the RUST touching cleaned dishes after washing them by hand or the chipped paint coming into contact with clean dishes. I was glad to be able to find this dish rack at Amazon for once! Rubbermaid dish drainer collects mold over time unless you have the time to dry it every time you use this plastic drainer. The solution to clean the plastic dish rack is very simple, put it on top of the dishwasher machine rack when you notice the built-up mold with a full load of dishes of course!

Easier to prevent mold if you clean and dry daily
This rack is a good fit for the 20.5" x 15.5" x 7.5" (deep) sink in my new apartment, with just enough room at the side to rinse dishes. When mold is present long enough, you can't get rid of the stain even with scrubbing. To avoid that, I put the dishes away every night, wipe the rack dry with a paper towel (or Clorox wipe for spots), and let it air dry on the counter next to the sink overnight. If you'd rather do a minute of work every day than do damage control on a moldy rack that sat in the sink for months, the rack can stay in good shape for a long time.

Compact size perfect for small counters & sinks.
We have a mobile home at the lake, and there isn't a lot of counter room in the kitchen. When I went looking for a smaller dish drainer, I found that most were way too big for our space. We had one of the coated wire drainers, and loved it, but age started to take a toll. Now all I can find is formed plastic. Based on size, this one fit the bill, and I found a Better Houseware tray to go under it that drains from the end as I needed. ( Better Houseware 1482/W Junior Dish Drainer Board) Most of the drain trays drain from the side now a days. My wife says she wished it were a bit bigger, but then she wants the counters bigger, the sink bigger, the kitchen bigger . . . I got "the look" when I suggested she simply do the dishes more often, but overall it is the right size for our use.

A convenient way to dry dishes
This draining rack fits perfectly in my sink, more than adequately holds a day's worth of dishes, cups, and silverware for one person with room to spare for a pot or two, etc., is easy to clean, and sturdy enough to not fall apart or buckle when full. Those who do a lot of cooking or have large families would certainly struggle to fit everything they use into this rack, but, fortunately, larger options exist for larger requirements.

Fits Perfectly, Functional Drying Solution
I do not have the counter space for a dish drainer on the counter. This fits in the second sink perfectly. I wash day to day dishes like my favorite coffee mug, coffee pot, this is a functional drying solutions, it is well made and sturdy. One thing, would be if the silverware holder had more of an angle and the water would totally drain. It does tend to get dirty looking in the corners. I use some bleach and because it is white, looks new again.

A good product!
I have used a well known brand for yrs but the past few yrs I noticed the quality of that brand isnt what it used to be. I found this in Sink-Drainer and ordered it. I am soooooo pleased with this product!!!! It seems sturdy, nothing to rust and looks nice too. I plan on buying another one soon to have on hand if and when the one I have now has to be replaced. Dont hesitate to order this drainer... You will be happy with it!!!

Measured carefully, checked the listed dimensions, and it still didn't fit my sink - had to return.
This is a sturdy smaller size dish drying rack. I needed a replacement one to fit in one side of my double sided kitchen sink. Sink is white and this matches. However - despite measuring my sink, measuring my current dish rack, and double checking the listed measurements this drying rack didn't fit. It was just slightly too big, not sure why because the listed measurements should have worked with even some room to spare. So, due to sizing issues I had to return this one. Bummer.

Handy helper!
We have not used a dish drainer for about 50 years, as we always had double sinks after our first apartment as well as dishwashers. We have a double sink still, but found ourselves washing small plates, and of course pots and pans by hand. They would bunch together in the sink and never seemed to dry. This is a sturdy item, and holds the dishes well. Fits well in the sink, and dishes dry quickly. So happy we purchased this!
