These noodle are a delight!
These noodles are a known good product. I haven't eaten any of these yet. The products were packaged adequately and delivered early I believe.

Absolutely delicious!
So much better than I could imagine! I was so nervous when I read that cooking instructions are not included with this item. I read a few of the other reviews with cooking instructions and decided to try dropping the noodles in just under boiling water and cooking for 15 minutes, before draining and tossing in wok. This worked PERFECTLY! We made pad se ew and the taste and texture of these noodles were as good as my favorite takeout places! I will definitely be ordering again and again!

Delicious noodles, great for stir fry
These are wonderful wide rice noodles. The texture and flavor is great, and they are perfect for stir frying as they do not break up too easily.

Not as big as I wanted
It’s really hard to find the very wide Pad See Ew noodles. These are the closest I could find and they are only a little wider than typical Pad Thai noodles. They taste good though.

Thick rice noodles
Love the size they are hearty and great with stir fry. Easy to use and perfect for my gluten free diet!

Great if you can cook them
I tried cooking these several different ways, soaking for different amounts of time, boiling for different amounts of time - no matter what, I couldn't get these to match restaurant-quality. So if you know how to cook them these are probably worth it, otherwise maybe not.

Easy to cook!
Really enjoyed these! Yes...it doesn't say how long to cook....but I just kept checking the noodles, and it probably took around15 minutes or so?
