Bought for sushi night

Good rice
Do not use the cooking instructions on the back!! Google a sushi rice recipe and it will turn out just fine. Tasted good and consistency was great once I found the right way to cook it.

I ended up cooking this in my instant pot and it came out just fine. It worked well with my homemade sushi and my daughters loved it! I need to see if they have a bigger bag because it wasn't enough for a family of 5.
