My daughter is 5 years old but can not choose size ...

Hello! The shoes are one size to fit most kids. According to the manufacturer they are recommended for ages 4 to 6. Of course every child is different, so they may fit an older or younger girl.

Are these flats or do they have a bit of a heel?

M. Sullivan, the shoes have a bit of a heel.

you have different shoes like these on here. one is 10.76 and the other 15.71. What is the difference? looks like one is green and the other is blue.

The ones that I got were blue as well.
