Fork Bleeder Valves For 01-22 YAMAHA YZ250F

These bleeds are good quality. The seem to seal well, and vent well. They do what they should. Skip the Chinese trash, spend a couple extra bucks on good ones like these. I like that the bleeds have a nut on the top to install them with a socket compared with the motion pro that uses a straight slot screwdriver.The rest of this review is specific to the Honda CRF150R, and less about the bleeders.I’ve never found a set of bleeds that work on the Honda CRF-150R. They are all too large of a diameter. These bleeds are a smaller diameter than the motion pro brand bleeds that I use on my bigger bikes. They are still low profile so not worried about them getting broken off with the inevitable crashes that come with younger riders learning.I did have to modify the fork caps a little. I used a small carbide burr bit in my drill. The “nut” on the top of the fork that is in the was is aluminum, so it is easy to remove a small amount of material giving the clearance to fit the bleeds in the top of the fork.You will need to remove 1 to 2 millimeters on the upper 2/3 of the “nut” to fit these on the CRF150R. Probably the closest I have seen to a quality product that will work on this particular bike. They are really close to fitting, and you can get a couple threads to start, but I don’t think you would get them threaded deep enough to get the o-ring to seal, and would likely break the threads off if you tried to force it without grinding a little.

FIt perfect and do what they need. The are easy to use. Just push the button and let the air out. Great for using while out on a ride.
