I'm over 70 yrs old, and this little device has really helped me to gain finger strength for playing my guitar. I keep it handy while reading or watching tv. It was recommended by my physical therapist. It comes in various lb /kg sizes. I highly recommend.

Excellent way to strengthen your hands!

Great Product.

The resistance is good on these hand exercisers - just like the ones at my therapy providers. The cushioning side is a bit hard, wish they were softer, as i need to be careful or wear a bandaid were they rub, else I'll get a blister.

Really useful in strengthening fingers.

PT recommended I buy this to continue exercising my hand after surgery. I love that you can exercise each finger individually.

great for your hands way better then the one pro hands makes wow they should make these in all the sporting good stores instead of pro hands on the shelfs not only do you get a good workout for your hand and fingers it provides a bigger cushion underneath to stabilize the hand so you can go faster or slow speeds and you really feel it! you can do it while you read watch tv .. it also helps you relax the tension in the muscles .. i wish i had known about digi flex earlier now well i do now still time to save my teeth now that i have the strenght to hold a tooth brush
