Although I don’t notice any change in my nails, I believe the WEEM vitamins have helped my hair. My hair was thinning and the WEEM vitamin had many reviews that were positive. My hair has improved after taking the WEEM vitamins for several months. It looks thicker and healthier. I read that it’s good to take Vitamin D with a B-complex vitamin and since I was taking a D vitamin every day anyway, I take a D vitamin, then the B-complex at a separate time from my other vitamins. It’s like a treat because the gummies have a pleasant taste to them. I drink water after taking the Vitamin D and then chew the gummies. I think drinking at least a little water with the D vitamin helps to keep the gummies from sticking to your teeth but that’s just a personal preference and not a necessity. They do not melt in your hands or in the container. I place them in very small baggies when I vacation and they slide right out of the bag; there’s no stickiness. They’re easy to digest. I’ve taken other B vitamins but the WEEM brand has been most successful for me. I have them on subscription, which is convenient. There are 60 gummies in a bottle and you take two gummies per day. In my experiences they’re definitely worth the cost.

I've been taking Weems gummies for a month and a half now and wondering if it was truly delivering on its claim to slow down hair loss and create healthier fuller hair. I think I'll need to give it a couple more months to weigh in on improvement of my hair. I will order again as I get closer to the end of the second bottle. They taste great, not too sweet and easy on my digestion. Here's what I've noticed that is huge for me. I generally have what I call 'work hands'. They aren't feminine, nails are thin and I can never get them all the same length at the same time, as they split and break easily. And I notice they do grow faster than I've noticed before. Slowly starting to see results with hair growth. Have been taking them for 3 months. If hair comes back thick it will be well worth the price. They are pretty tasty and I've not noticed any ill side effects.

For the last several of months my nails have been very brittle and breaking constantly. My hair was coming out in clumps in the shower and in my comb. To the point I was getting seriously concerned and collected it for 2 weeks to show my Dr. an example and not be told “hair loss is natural” again. This seems to be a good product. They taste pretty good and I think my hair is growing faster and stronger. I've only been using for a few months so it is hard to tell exactly, but I don't notice my hair breaking anymore.
