Improves Sleep and Exercise Recovery
I've purchased this a few times in the past few years. Been used as an alternative to shop bought magnesium bath salts. Definitely improves my sleep and exercise recovery as sleep score and exercise performance show improvements after bathing with this product, especially after periods of hard training and tiredness.
