Do I swallow it? Or spill it after it dissolves?

You let it dissolve in your mouth and swallow. Once it dissolves there isn’t anything left.

How do I cancel this ?

I think it's made in New Zealand.

Do you have stock that have a future expiration date? Not 03/2022?

Thank you for reaching out. The manufacturing date (MFG) printed on the product is the date that the product was produced in compliance with Good Manufacturing (GMP) regulations. The MFG date is not best used by date for this product. The expiration date is the date recommended that you use the product by for the best quality. While the expiration date varies between products, most shelf-stable probiotics should be used within 1–2 years of the MFG date and are best used within 90 days of opening them.
