Does what it claims.
This product does the trick for my husband and I. Keeps everything moving along, cleanly. We use it once or twice a day in coffee and/or water.

Doctor Ordered
The doctor ordered me to get more fiber. Being diabetic, most edible fiber spikes my blood sugar. This product fits my bill. I use it in my morning coffee and sometimes in my baking or other foods. It blends in easily and is tasteless. It works for me with regular use. I thought I was buying two large containers, so was unhappy with the size of the product versus the cost.
