Is this pad good for balance exercises and core strength?

Yes. The soft, unstable foam surface challenges your balance while engaging your core, legs, and stabilizer muscles. Use it for standing drills, squats, lunges, leg lifts, yoga, and other controlled stability exercises.

What's the difference between the L and XL sizes, and which should I choose?

L (15,5" x 13" x 2") suits focused on balance training. XL (19" x 15" x 2,25") provides more space for full-body moves or standing desk use.

Will the pad stay in place on carpet, hardwood, or tile floors?

The textured anti-slip surface grips a wide range of floor types. Performs well on carpet or textured surfaces. On smooth hardwood or tile, place near a wall or use a non-slip mat underneath.

Can I use it barefoot, and is the texture comfortable on my skin?

Yes, suitable for barefoot use. The textured surface provides grip without discomfort. Socks may be preferred for longer kneeling sessions.

Will the foam compress or lose cushioning with regular use? How should I store the pad?

Durable TPE foam maintains cushioning with regular use. Minor compression may occur over extended periods. Proper storage and avoiding extreme heat help extend lifespan. Avoid heavy compression and ensure fully dry before storage.
