Record & Stylus Care System

Great! Made an album that was full of pops nearly silent. Very easy to use. This isn’t the first cleaning method I’ve tried but it’s the one I’m sticking with. Definitely worth it and recommended.

Wow, Had an old Peter Paul and Mary record. I t did not look dirty; however, it skipped a little. I cleaned it with Groover Washer and it now sounds perfect. I am giving it 5 stars, but the cleaner cap was not tight, and it leaked about half the liquid out.

Excellent kit. Easy to use. Great price. I would buy again. Only complaint is that there was a strip of plastic melted into the microfiber sponge making it difficult to use.

I recently invested in the GrooveWasher record cleaning kit, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed. First and foremost, the instructions provided were crystal clear and incredibly easy to follow, making the entire cleaning process a breeze. I initially tested the kit on a new record that had gathered some dust, and the results were outstanding. The vinyl emerged from the cleaning process looking not just clean, but absolutely pristine and gleaming! The difference was remarkable. What truly sets this kit apart is the high quality of its components. I opted for the bundle that included the large circular cleaning cloth, and I can attest to its top-notch quality. It’s durable and effective, leaving no residue behind. Now, onto the stylus cleaning brush – a game-changer. Having tried a couple of others before, I can confidently say that GrooveWasher’s brush surpasses them all. It’s impeccably crafted, of premium quality, and effortlessly easy to use. If there’s one thing I wish GrooveWasher offered, it’s a carbon fiber record brush – if they made one, I’d be first in line to purchase it! In summary, my experience with the GrooveWasher record cleaning kit has been nothing short of exceptional. From the clarity of the instructions to the outstanding performance of the products, I am overly satisfied with my purchase. GrooveWasher has definitely earned a loyal customer in me, and I’ll be returning for all my future record cleaning needs. Highly recommended!

Does such a good job cleaning the records. First picture is before and second is after. If you buy used records at all I recommend this product!

Fast and easy. I use SpinClean for mass cleaning projects but this is great for one-off cleanings when I get single records in. 6 pumps per side, don't overdo it. The stuff really spreads and it is easy to use too much. Make sure to use the label protector - this stuff will damage the glue if it contacts it. I know people use this on record on a turntable but I wouldn't. Does a great job at removing a LOT of the clicks and pops. Some of my records are over 50 years old and while nothing can help their age, this stuff made a huge difference. Kind of odd not to include directions - they say go to the site. Here's the scoop - place the label protector, hold that down, six pumps per side, let it sit for maybe half a minute or so. Use the enclosed microfiber block to wipe gently clockwise with the grooves, not across the grooves. Air dry for a few minutes. That's it.

The GrooveWasher cleaning fluid is excellent. For most cases it is all you need, but it's important to use it correctly. Here's what I've found works well: 1. Start by laying the record flat, preferably on the GrooveWasher 'Splash' Record Cleaning Mat, or directly on your turn table. 2. Place the label protector over the label. 3. Generously spray the record with the cleaner; the small bottle that comes with this kit won't last long, so plan to purchase one of the 32 fl oz GrooveWasher G2 Record Cleaning Fluid Refills. 4. Wait! Give the liquid a couple of minutes to soak down into the record's grooves. This is key, and without waiting you're not going to get the deep clean that you were hoping for. 5. After waiting for a couple of minutes the liquid will have dispersed, making the record look all glassy; see the photo attached to this review. The liquid has a viscosity lower than water, so coverage should be 100%. 5. Using the short end of the cleaning sponge gently wipe back and forth over the record surface, working in thirds. Rotate the record as you go. 6. Once you've mopped up most of the fluid, turn the sponge 90 degrees and use the long side to wipe around the record a couple of times. 7. Don't stop! Go back and repeat steps 3 to 6. 8. Your record is now clean, and ready to play. If upon playing the record it doesn't sound great, use the sponge to wipe around the record again; you likely don't need to use any more spray. 9. If the record continues to sound bad, just go back and repeat steps 3 to 6. These steps have worked great for me with records that have not been played for over 30 years. Good luck. This product comes highly recommended.

I like that the brush is soft. It is my go to brush now. It doesn’t push the cantilever upwards and it catches the dust. I blow the dust off the brush afterwards with a giottos air blaster. The disk is flat and works fine, it’s very cheap lightweight foam would have preferred heavier rubber. The cleaning solution is good for what it is but DIY alcohol based solutions works better on very noisy records. I currently use 20% alcohol and a few drops of rinse aid but am going to switch to Tergikleen because I’ve read it’s better for vinyl. Apparently the library of congress uses it. But then again, that formula needs a rinse step. G2 formula is very good for a quick wipe. Haven’t tried the sponge, but others say it sheds. Groovewasher microfiber cloths on the other hand are excellent and I haven’t had any issues with lint thus far. Hope this helps. Enjoy your records!

Muy buena calidad del producto, envio en tiempo, bien empacado, muy recomendable ¡¡¡ Gracias.

GrooveWasher Record & Stylus Care System Super simple vinyl cleaner. This is a really easy quick cleaner. 2 to 3 sprays. And wipe in circle around the disc groove. If you need a really quick clean without the hassle of a larger cleaner system , this is a great solution. I like to do a quick clean with my used vinyls before I play them. When I don't have the patience to do all the cleaner setup and wash , this works great. Took forever to get here though. Not sure why this isn't regularly stocked by amazon.ca :)

Used as advised, this product restores most vinyl records to almost new. It will not repair scratches as it is not a miracle worker but the best cleaner I have tried.

Disappointed, not sure how this can happen, I sent the item back.

Pulizia efficace e veloce. I dischi risultano perfetti
