Two orders, two varieties.Fig Preserves: You worry about food in glass jars but the shipment from Andros North America came securely packed.The fig preserves are high quality with chunks of fig. I'm now ordering Boney Mama (whatever) Strawberry Preserves from the same seller.Strawberry Preserves: Compare the ingredient list to lesser products:Strawberries (We're talking whole strawberries here, not something for a thin coating)Sugar, Brown Cane Sugar (well, what were you expecting?)Concentrated Lemon JuiceFruit Pectin (it's for gelling, from citrus fruits)That's it. Makes a great glaze.
Hard to find this flavor in local stores so get 6 at a time here. Very useful for pork or chicken glazes mixed with creole mustard. And i just love the flavor of apricots.

Best tasting preserves
Baume Mamam is my favorite preserves, free of chemicals, all natural and mango peach is one of my favorite of their line. Could only find on Amazon
