I ordered this as a gift which was not opened until after the return time had expired. The case had a small crack from the shipping and it was replaced without question. Super great customer service and will definitely be shopping here more. Prices are also very reasonable and fair. Thank you!

Fast shipping and exactly as expected!
I ordered two. One arrived with a crack in the back of the case around the nickel but the case is intact and the coins are secure inside. I don't need a refund or exchange, it happens and it doesn't affect the coins themselves. The other one is in excellent condition for its age and arrived in great condition. Also, fast shipping! A fun start for my children's coin collections! Thank you!
