Pipas Giant Roasted and Salted - Spanish Snack - Sunflower Seeds (1kg)

so I'm a late night snacker... and that's just so not good for the waistline or the budget... so these are great to keep on hand to keep me busy without raiding the fridge! Occasionally I will get a batch that seem saltier than I prefer so I just give them a light rinse in a mesh basket and then pop them into my air fryer for a few, tossing every now and again. If you don't have an air fryer (get one!) you can just put them on a cookie sheet in a low oven to dry them out again. They keep some of their saltiness but it's no longer overwhelming. I've also put them into a deep bowl, taken a damp clothes and just pushed them around the bowl. A lot of the salt sticks to the damp cloth but doesn't get the seeds too too wet.

Not a good quality at all. Too salty and most of the seeds are too crispy tht they break into crumble tht u cant even eat. Attached picture

So I have ordered this previously and the bag delivered to me was perfect, just the right amount of salt. So, I fell in love with and I ordered another one that I got this morning. Unfortunately, this bag is horrible it is so Salty amd there is weird stick-like thingys in the bag as well. They should check the quality for each bag. Edit: the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund which I have received today. It was a very nice gesture since I wasn't expecting that. I'm happy with their customer service. Edit 2: the seller has also compensated me with another bag out of charge. So I am actually very happy with how they have handled this issue 😊.

I ordered these at the end of November and I've nearly finished the whole packet now. Overall, I've really enjoyed them, though I've only given them 4 stars because of how incredibly salty they are - I would have got through them faster but I've been limited to how many I can eat in one day because of the salt content! I'll definitely consider buying these again, though I may consider alternatives to compare the salt content.

A whole mega-ton of salted sunflower seeds. What’s not to love?? Absolutely delicious and well worth the money.

I’ve been accused of being a salt addict by friends and family. These are too salty even for me. I rinse them in a colander and then dry them in the oven to achieve the saltiness you’d normally get from a package of seeds like David’s.

First order arrived well packaged and wow how many you get for a kg. These seeds are brilliant ,large, crunchy , easy to open and salt . Will last a while even at rate I eat but will definitely be ordering again .

Way too salty, hardly edible.. tiny seeds too. Would not order again

If you like roasted, salted sunflower seeds these are okay. A little too much salt crust and too many old seeds but good size. Could be better but not the worst.
