Excellent for open fire cooking
I bought this mainly for cooking over an open fire, and it has worked brilliantly. I use a sheet of this baking paper inside heavy duty aluminium foil, then wrap the food before putting it near the fire. The paper stops everything from sticking to the foil and makes opening the parcel afterwards much cleaner and easier. The quality feels noticeably better than thin supermarket baking paper. It is strong, does not tear too easily when wrapping food, and the pre-cut sheets are a really convenient size. I’ve used it for meat, vegetables and potatoes this way and the results have been delicious. The food cooks in its own juices without sticking, while the foil gives the protection needed for the fire. I’ll definitely keep using this combination for camping and outdoor cooking. The baking paper might seem like a small addition, but it makes a surprisingly big difference.

Quality paper!
Really good quality. Strong, thick and super non stick. Perfect size for my general sized baking trays. The packaging is good too. It has a tuck in flap on the side so it’s easy to slide out just one sheet and close the flap after. You don’t get that where they all try coming out together. I will be buying more of these when I need them. Highly recommend.

Perfect as usual.
Used these for ages. They are great for baking, cooking and lining roasting dishes etc, so you don't have to clean the tins after use... Will continue buying them.
