The Blade is easy to set up and delivery was quick. The backlight on the computer is bright even in day time. After two months of use, the cover to the speed sensor fall off during a ride. I contacted customer to see if I could get another cover. The customer service rep was quick to respond and sent out a new cadence and speed censor. She also kept in touch to make I received the sensors within 2 days of my initial call. great customer service!

It works well and appears to be quite accurate after it has been calibrated. The numbers in the display are easy to read and the battery lasts for several brief rides before needing to be recharged. I received excellent customer service from the company via email. Update: the computer is no longer sensing the distance or RPM, and it also automatically turns off in the middle of the ride. I tried replacing the battery in the sensor, but that didn’t help. I am very disappointed in this unit.

Ahhh, where to start . . . . The bottom line is that my 3-hour experience of trying to install, synch, and make the product work was a nightmare. This product should not be sold to the public and is total garbage. The instructions are written in garbled Chinese/English that read like a Buddhist koan. In my case, "the sound of one hand clapping" was me banging my head against the wall trying to use the downloaded app, which looked and functioned like it was created by a 9 year old. The device somehow quickly paired with my heart monitor, but would not recognize its own cadence or speedometer. My power meter would not pair either, but not too surprising since the device could not meet basic functionality in other areas. Such a terrible product - Amazon should ban this one from being sold in the United States.

Purchased the M4 cycle computer in October 2020 to replacei a competitor navigation device. I wanted something with basic functionality that worked with minimal setup. Plus I needed a device with a larger device so I could easily see the readout. Everything seemed well until I noticed one day in June 2021 I couldn't get the cycle computer in the cradle. Then I noticed one of the wings on the back had broken off within the cradle. After removing the piece I figured I could ride with it only attached on one side. That only last 2 weeks before the other wing fractured, hence my computer could no longer be held by the cradle. After reaching out to customer service to understand the warranty, I was pleasantly surprised to find out the Meilan rep stated he'd replace it at no charge. IIn early August 2021 it was replaced with the Blade, which seems to be the same computer but under new branding. For some reason the new computer seems to be a little more "buggie" but overall it does the job. All I had to do was setup the new computer and pair it with the existing sensors. Thank you Meilan for your responsive customer service!

I'm very happy with this. I have mounted this on a Mountain bike. I do lots of curb jumping in the city (the bike does not have suspension) so far the thing has not fallen of, and it does not rattle around. The back light works well for night riding, I get about 6 hours on a charge with the light on. The wireless sensors are very nice, but I had some clearance issues between the crank and chain stays (very tight) so I had to modify the cadence magnet shape a bit with sandpaper. As the instructions say, the sensor and magnets have to be 2cm or less from each other. This is true, if the gap is too big, the readings will not be correct. The app is 50/50, everything fitness has an app now. none of them work together for me. So it's anther app on my phone. It does allow to see a summary of the ride, so it has some use.

I am okay with it being hard to setup. The benefits of the data provided exceeded my expectations and needs. The computer is very useful and presents the information in a way that is very easy to see. However, my disappointment is due to the fact that half of the groove to keep the unit on the mount somehow broke off. The company offered a replacement. Otherwise, this would have been a great bike computer and I would have bought more for my other bikes. The battery life seems reasonable to me, now that I gave it a full charge. As of August 4, 2023, I have found the unit to be nearly impossible to program, no matter how closely I have followed the manual. It's not worth the aggravation! It's useless and I will throw it out and go with a different brand that I have had great luck with for less.

I am happy with this Meilan wireless computer more than the CATEYE wireless one. Meilan is a bit expensive than the other one by about $15, but it came with the Cadence sensor. Meilan is accurate and not suffering from interference with my phone when I play music whereas CATEYE was so unstable and unreliable due to the wireless interference. Display is also much better than CATEYE. It shows all the information I need, i.e., speed, rpm, distance traveled, travel time, and current time. I returned CATEYE and now I am happy that I was able to find Melian.

I received the product and it was packed professionally. I bought to use on my Sunny exercise bike. I had to modify the installation a little to make work with an indoor bike, which is typical among any of these computers from what i've read. The biggest issue is with actually setting up the device to use. The instructions are not very helpful. When I start a new exercise routine I would like to just start at Zero but it's difficult to get to a fresh workout cycle and it seams every time I try to do so I end up resetting the device and have to start back over with setting up the device. I watched several Youtube videos but found them to be unhelpful. The video suggests downloading the app to be able to wheree most things like wheel circumference can be changed as well as units etc.. The app is just as horrible to use. I would not recommend or purchase this product again
