No - You need the L7 strip for the L7 device.

Seller/manufacturer - what is the accuracy for this device (+/- what % for each test)?

Not sure of percentages but compared with lab test it was pretty much dead on (within 1 or 2 milligrams) on most of the tests, unfortunately it badly missed the HDL which it read at 33 compared with lab test of 44 it is also very hard to obtain enough blood for the test... squeezing dilutes the sample which may have accounted for low HDL count.....at that price I returned the item

Got a reading for tc, tg, hdl, then for the next values it read what appeard to be 0 - 8 except the bottom lines were cut off. what does this mean?

Some of these machines will show a zero if the amount is lower than it can detect. Read the instructions and see.
