Again, why is this more expensive than buying at Sephora or tatcha website?

Because when you buy off amazon, amazon charges the sellers 20 % to sell on their website

Will this cause breakouts ( acne)

No. I'm 50+ and this is the travel time I've ever been completely satisfied with and reordered a moisturizer. I love it.

Can someone with oily skin use this?

I have combo skin. It feels great, almost a shimmer glow.

My current setting spray makes makeup waterproof & it lasts all day. This just says it's a dewy spray-does it really set your makeup to last all day?

It's not formulated to be a setting spray. It's for moisturizing and for imparting a little dewiness. It gives you a refreshed look.
