Does it go low on same level as regular chairs or it's higher even at lowest adjust?

You can adjust it from a regular chair height to a bar stool height. Not sure of the range in inches but works for either a regular desk or a standing desk.

Is this seat made out of faux leather?

No its made with Nylon and foam for the seat and just the nylon mesh for the backing. Rest is plastic.

Don't know. I advise assembling yourself. It's not hard just takes some energy but there are very few steps.

Bought this chair about 18months ago. Sit in it daily, sometimes many hours which has never been my 1st choice for an occupation. But I digress, tonite the chair measures about 30-31" above floor. I did write a nice review after I had it for awhile. I know have a modified opinion of this chair which I'll add, if possible to my original review. So incase I can't update I'll add it here:

Update on 10/16/'22
The chair has been used extensively since it arrived at the apartment. I do have a double long, lifted desk and this chair works well with the desk. It remains solid, no weakness that I can feel, see, of hear.  I don't use the fold-down arms at all any more. Thought I would but haven't since the 1st month. The roller wheels work well on medium height carpet. The cylinder that lifts the chair began to weaken around the 1st year or so. Didn't want to replace it, kinda costly, but actually I keep it at one height. So I rummaged around the garage, found a piece of 1" wide Corner molding which I cut to about 9" long then zip tied it to the Piston Rod and...Voila!!! no more sinking. EZ to do... and now for the major Surgery:

I have long legs, since I was a Teen. Long from my Hips>Knee and from my Knee>Ankle. And this is important because the Chair comes with a feature built into the Backrest between the Front Black fabric which is very porous & stretchy and the Black Plastic frame that forms the Back of the seat.  I think the idea is to help me maintain good posture, but in doing that, it pushed me too far forward on the seat cushion. Consequently,

I only had support under about 50% of my Thighs... not comfortable and too, it restricted Blood flow in my lower limbs...not good!! What to do? I examined & pondered for a couple of weeks. Then I made a decision and carried out the Surgery.

Now I'm a "MacGyver" kinda guy and I do generate unusual "solutions" which invariably work. With careful examination I determined where that Black plastic inner Backrest framework could be cut away from the Seat Frame and removed without damaging the Chair... or so I hoped. For a cutting tool, I decided against Scissors or razor knife. I decided to use a pair of wirecutters about 8" long with long Handles and a typical smooth nose that is essentially a pair of pliers with 2 cutting edges. The RESULT:  "worked like a charm!"

Now I regained about 2+ inches of seat and I can sit with my Butt up against the Backrest and my feet on the Ring at the bottom. It has turned out to be a good chair and I'm pleased with both my choice and my ingenuity. You may not to do any of that...Lucky you!

If/When I ever replace this chair, I will look for the same features & quality with 2 changes: 
1st/ I'd look for a less complicated Backrest that allowed me to sit on the "FULL" seat cushion measurement length without needing the MacGyver Solution, and, 
2nd/ I would only buy a Chair that had a Tilt-Back seat which I thought I didn't need but actually I often wish I had that feature.  So, finally, this is a well made quality adjustable Chair and I can recommend it.
