Q: Are these real columbia zip ups? They are the same price at khols. Also do they all come with that optitech logo?

This is my second time purchasing what I thought would be the same exact item. My zipper tab broke off, so I ordered a new one. The fleece material is thinner, not as full and comfy as it is noticeable when walking outside in cold wind. And that logo is a rectangular type patch instead of being etched.

Q: What is the lining like? I ordered another Columbia jacket from elsewhere & the lining was silver foil looking & my son refuses to wear it.

This particular one has nonlining like the one your son has; the ones with lining are Columbia jackets that are warmer for colder temps. This one although has no lung is very warm in temps 40-50 degrees.

Q: I am 5,6 and weight 176 what size should I get?

I would try find a store near you that has the Columbia Steen for sizing.. For myself the large fits my 6ft 180 frame almost perfect, the sleeve length is good for me. Tried an XL was way to big.
