Product works
This product does work. I moved from a home with terrible black mold. I had to get rid of almost everything. This product was a huge help in my transition to a new and mold free home. Thank you!

Got rid of mold in AC ducts
This spray got rid of heavy white and also black mold in my AC ducts. It's non toxic because it's working through a pH level that mold can't survive (it's similar to baking soda just much stronger). Would buy ahain

For Surface Mold. this works well.
To be fair, the mold is behind the wall in the bathroom.This made a bit of difference on the surface, but a contractor will be needed to remove & replace drywall.Only for surface level mold issues.

This worked even better than advertised. A must buy if you have mildew issues

Waste of money
The sprayer stopped working and these are useless.

Faulty spray can, cannot use product. Still have mildew to deal with.
Do not buy the spray can. I have no idea how well this product works because the spray can doesn't even spray. Well it did for about 2 seconds and then stopped. So now I have a full can of product that is absolutely useless.

Hopefully does its job, but hard to know
I read good things about this product, but when spraying on mold, it doesn’t visibly change the mold, so I’m just going with what the company and other professionals say about.I used it for spraying metal ductwork that had no signs of mold. I replaced all of my flex duct that definitely did have mold, but it seems mold doesn’t like galvanized metal, so no visible signs of it. I sprayed the metal just to hopefully kill any spores that might be there so it wouldn’t re-infest my new flex duct.I bought 4 cans and sprayed all metal surfaces until it was all wet. The nice thing about this product is that it isn’t corrosive like bleach or vinegar, has no scent at all, and leaves no residue.It really just sprays like water, so hopefully it isn’t just cans of water (sigh).I’ll also say the spray tips are excellent and produce a fine mist, but not too fine where it floats away. The product gets evenly coated onto the target surface, making it easy to coat everything.

works great to clean mold from window unit when you can get inside the unit to clean.
was getting mold built up in window unit. I have a Midea U shape and you would have to take the whole thing apart to clean the fan filter inside the unit. Sprayed this in the unit and waited 3 days and all the mold was dried up and dead. Works great
