Perfect fit, no more noise.
Put this on my 2002 Silverado 1500 4.3 and it fit perfectly. The old one was just starting to make some noise, this one is running silent. Excellent replacement.

Fixed the screeching in my obs chevy truck
The bearing in my old one was bad causing a bad noise when I turned on the ac. Swaped the old with the new problem solved.

ACDelco... or is it?
Fits my 5.7/350 vortec 1999 suburban LT 4wd. It's a belt tensioner. We'll see how it goes.I did order this acdelco brand and received a little bag with a Dorman product inside.It comes with hardware though, which is probably more than can be said for most acdelco items.

Works on a 1998 Chevy Silverado 5.7L
Best price I could find. Took about 30 minutes to replace. I had a squeal when I first started the vehicle up each morning. So I sprayed WD-40 around the old pulley bearings and the squeal went away for about two weeks. Then I sprayed the pulley again to make sure it was the tensioner pulley. It was, so I replaced the tensioner assembly and it cured the squeal.
